Consumers in the sense of these Terms are natural persons who conclude legal transactions for purposes predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed activity (§ 13 BGB).

The purchase contract is formed as follows:

1. You submit an order request via the form on our website.
2. We send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your request. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an explicit order confirmation confirming dispatch or fulfilment of the product.

We reserve the right to decline any order request, for example if a product is unavailable, if payment is not authorised, or if we identify an error in the price or product description.

All prices shown on this website are in euros (€) and include applicable German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer / MwSt) at the statutory rate. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order. Accepted payment methods are indicated during the checkout process. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of ordering. We dispatch orders to addresses within Germany and, where stated, to other EU member states. Title to goods passes to you upon full payment. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you have provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (but not any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning goods will be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return on health protection or hygiene grounds, or other categories listed in § 312g(2) BGB.

8. Statutory Warranty Rights

Statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434–442 BGB) apply to all goods purchased. If goods are defective, you have the right to demand repair or replacement, and, if these remedies fail, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, subject to the statutory time limits (generally 2 years from delivery).
