Return & Refund Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB) purchasing online (Fernabsatz), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear, unambiguous statement before the 14-day period expires:

2. Conditions for Returns

To be accepted for return under the statutory withdrawal right, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be communicated within 14 days of the date you received the goods.
• The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.
• The goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• The product seal must be intact. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned under the withdrawal right on hygiene grounds (§ 312g(2) No. 3 BGB), unless the goods are defective.

3. How to Return Your Order

1. Contact us at contactusaskinfo-@vorquenxmynlox.world or by telephone to notify us of your intention to return.
2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any relevant instructions.
3. Pack the goods securely in their original packaging and include your order number or proof of purchase.
4. Send the goods using a trackable shipping service. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
5. Retain your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If the return is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or the day you provide evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge any fee for the refund.

The refund will include the original purchase price and standard delivery costs. Additional delivery costs incurred by your choice of a non-standard delivery option will not be refunded.

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights under §§ 434–442 BGB. In such cases:

• Please contact us within 2 years of delivery (statutory limitation period) and describe the defect.
• We will offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund as appropriate.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect goods.

Please document the defect with photographs if possible and include them in your communication to us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

• Goods with a broken hygiene seal that have been opened after delivery (§ 312g(2) No. 3 BGB).
• Goods that have been used, partially consumed, or otherwise altered.
• Goods that have been personalised or customised to your specifications.

These exclusions do not affect your rights in the case of defective goods.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but are open to exploring this option.
